Thank you PES Community!!!
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the PES staff SPICE (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Cultural, Emotional) committee decided to lend a helping hand to stock pantry shelves, and we asked our greater PES community to join us!
We were able to collect a variety of food and toiletry items, such as instant potatoes, dry milk, canned meats, dish detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, shampoo, baby items, and feminine products....and the list goes on! Thanks to you, we filled 4 tables,
with products which filled 18 boxes!!!
We split the donations as evenly as possible and brought 9 boxes to the LISTEN Center in Lebanon and 9 boxes to The Haven in White River Jct., VT. When we opened our trunk and the folks at LISTEN and The Haven saw the back of the cars loaded with the boxes, their faces lit up in gratitude and smiles!!
We are so grateful to live and/or work in a community that is so generous!
