PLAINFIELD SEARCH COMMITTEE MEETING

December 17, 2007

MINUTES

The meeting was called to order at 5:50 PM.  Present were Committee Members Reynolds, Bucklin, Ferguson, Bierwirth, Langsner, and Spratt.  Also present was Search Coordinator Della Badia.

Della Badia described the steps the Committee would follow in the search process, and distributed a written outline of that process to Committee Members.  The outline included notations on advertising the position, channeling of communication, the review of applications, and meetings for discussion of the relative merits of applicants to be considered for interview.

It was agreed that a date for the next meeting of the Committee would be set after receipt of applications.

After discussion for clarification and answers to questions, the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 PM.
